Well, fall has officially arrived so that can only mean changes are ahead!
There’s a big change in the weather, as it begins to get a little cooler outside.
We can see people beginning to change their wardrobe from shorts and flip flops to sweaters and boots.
And fall also signals the upcoming changes in the color of the leaves on the trees outside, from bright greens to brilliant yellows, oranges, and reds.
And while the "change in seasons" is always a beautiful thing; sometimes the changes that occur in our lives aren’t quite as beautiful.
In fact, sometimes the changes that take place in our lives can actually be difficult. And they might even seem a bit uncomfortable at times, even if those changes are ultimately necessary for us to be able to move forward.
So, as we all lean into this "season of change”, we just wanted to let you know about some upcoming changes that will be happening in our email communication with you in 2019.
We have recently decided to switch to doing a quarterly newsletter.
So, beginning in 2019, you will only be receiving our newsletter during the months of January, April, July and October.
The layout of the LEVEL 10 LIFE newsletter will continue to remain the same and it will continue to include things like company updates, informative blog posts, guest blog posts, information about our new products, our online courses from Paul Cummings University, and so much more.
So, while the amount of communication you receive from us is “changing”, the actual content that you will continue to receive from us will not be changing.
So STAY TUNED and thank you for taking note of this upcoming change.

Thank you so very much for all of the love, kindness, support, emails, texts and ongoing well wishes that have been sent to Paul as he continues to recover from his stroke.
